Shipments and Returns

Your pack shipment

We primarily ship via UPS. The average shipping time for UPS Ground Delivery is 2-7 business days.

Note: If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please notify your credit card issuing bank to add the shipping address as an alternative address (in addition to the billing address) to speed up the payment process. Otherwise, your order may be held up for a confirmation of the valid shipping address that your credit card issuing bank has on record.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Return Policy

We inspect our products for any defects prior to shipping. However, if you find a problem with our merchandise; please refer to the following guidelines:

  • All returns should be accompanied by an order number. Please email the order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  • For proper handling of the return, clearly mark the confirmation number on the package and please include a copy of our email confirmation to you.

  • Unless a return request is made within 3 business days after receipt of the merchandise and the return items postmarked no later than 6 days after receipt of the merchandise, the return will not be processed and no credit will be issued under any circumstances.

  • We will issue a store credit only for returned handbags. The original shipping charge and return shipping costs are not covered under this policy for handbags that are not defective/damaged.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of any returned items and also for shipping charges for replacement handbags.

  • All sales are final on promotional, sales (including close outs), and special order items.

  • All returns must be in original condition including damaged or defective items. A credit will not be issued to return items without the original packaging.

  • We are not liable for merchandise damaged during transportation. The UPS shipping charge includes insurance that cover damage or loss during transportation, and the claim can be filed with UPS.
